Stomper Hyperion is an incredible software synth. Little Drummer Boy is a lightweight program for looping your Stomper samples.
Bome's Mouse Keyboard for mobile work and Midi Yoke to connect it to a software synth. This is pretty easy to set up, only understand that each of the 8 MIDI yokes that are installed model a single MIDI cable, each transmitting multiple midi channels. This allows easy laptop keyboard input, but is extremely laggy so the tempo must be dropped way low.
